ABOUT THE INTRODUCTORY SESSION
The Embodied Shift offers a structured yet nurturing space to work with both the mind and the body.
Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles, alongside mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation, these sessions guide you to understand and gently shift the patterns that shape your experience, away from the negative.
You will be guided to:

Identify and work with self-limiting beliefs and cognitive patterns

Understand how anxiety and resistance develop, and how to respond differently

Build awareness of the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and the body

Clarify personal intentions and consciously orient towards the life you want

Reduce anxiety by increasing nervous-system regulation and self-trust
-
Step forward with clearer direction, grounded presence, and inner stability
Psychological theory and reflective discussion are woven with gentle yoga-based movement and embodied practices, allowing insight to be integrated somatically, not just understood intellectually.
This is not about forcing change.
It is about creating the conditions for change to emerge.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
