Terms and Conditions

The Little Powerful Company

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking services or purchasing a course. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to the following:

 

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • The Little Powerful Course (online programme).

  • One-to-One Coaching Sessions delivered online via video call.
     

 

2. Payment and Refunds

​

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. Discounts may be available when multiple sessions are booked together.

  • Refunds will be provided in line with UK consumer law. For online courses, you may be entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed the course materials.

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of The Little Powerful Company. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will always do our best to rearrange. If the session cannot be rescheduled and the time slot cannot be filled, the session fee may be retained.
     

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and decisions throughout the course or coaching process.

  • Please disclose any relevant mental health or medical conditions when working with Sasha, so she can support you appropriately.

  • Although Sasha Marshall is a Registered Mental Health Nurse, services offered through The Little Powerful Company are provided as coaching and personal development, not medical or psychiatric treatment.

  • These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency mental health support. If you are in crisis or require urgent help, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or dial 999 in an emergency.
     

 

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

 

All course content, including videos, worksheets, templates, and supporting materials, are the intellectual property of The Little Powerful Company. They are provided for your personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without prior written permission.
     

 

5. Privacy and Data

  • Personal data (such as your name, contact details, and payment information) is collected and processed securely through third-party platforms Wix and Kajabi.

  • We do not store payment details ourselves.

  • Your information will be handled in line with UK GDPR requirements and will never be sold or shared with unauthorised parties.
     

 

6. Limitation of Liability

​

  • While every effort is made to provide safe, effective, and supportive services, The Little Powerful Company cannot guarantee specific results.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching or courses.
     

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
