THE EMBODIED SHIFT

This is not about forcing change. It is about creating the conditions for change to emerge.

Most of us know what we want change. We just can't seem to make it stick. That's because lasting change doesn't come from willpower alone - it comes from shifting the deeper patterns that shape how we think, feel, and move through the world.

The Embodied Shift is a four-session programme that brings together Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, life coaching, guided meditation, and mindful yoga to help you do exactly that. 

If you aren't ready to commit to four sessions, why not try out the introduction session? A 90 minute gentle introduction to finding inner calm.

What we work on together

  • Gently identifying and releasing self-limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns

  • Building awareness of the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and body

  • Clarifying your personal intentions and orienting towards the life you want

  • Reducing anxiety through nervous system regulation and rebuilding self-trust
